I offer the following services:
– Sale of digital products (e.g., e-books, PDFs, audio files)
– Access to online courses
– Individual and group coaching
– Sale of essential oils (doTERRA products)

The content of the digital products and courses is made available digitally immediately after payment (download, streaming or access to a course platform).

4. Conclusion of the contract

The contract is concluded as soon as you complete the purchase on the payment page and the payment has been successfully processed. You will then receive a confirmation by email.

By completing the purchase, you agree to these terms and conditions.

5. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are in euros. I am a small business owner as defined by the US VAT Act, therefore no VAT is charged.

Payments can be made via PayPal, credit card (via Stripe), Klarna or other methods offered on the website.

Access to digital content or the dispatch of physical products will only take place after full payment has been received.

6. Delivery & Shipping

Digital products are available to you immediately after purchase via a download link or email.

Physical products (e.g., oils) are shipped worldwide. Delivery time and shipping costs vary depending on the country and are displayed during the ordering process.

7. Right of withdrawal

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for digital content and coaching:
By purchasing digital products (e.g., e-books, PDFs, audio files, online courses), you expressly agree that the download is available immediately after purchase and that the right of withdrawal expires (§ 356 para. 5 BGB).

Individually arranged coaching sessions (individual appointments or packages) are also excluded from cancellation due to their personal nature (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB).

Cancellation policy for physical products (e.g., essential oils):
Physical products are subject to a 14-day right of withdrawal, provided the packaging is unopened. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send an email to aroma.welt@yahoo.com with your name, order number, and the product.

The content of my products and coaching programs is designed for personal development and health promotion, but it is not a substitute for medical or psychotherapeutic treatment. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, please consult a medical professional beforehand.
